  • Marketing and Communications: We use Kit.com (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our community newsletters, updates, and email delivery services.
  • Analytics and Optimization: We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to analyze traffic patterns, measure the effectiveness of our referral campaigns, and optimize our user interface.
  • Corporate Transactions: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets during our fundraising rounds, your information may be transferred as part of the business assets.   • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs): We ensure that our global technology partners have signed DPAs incorporating the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). These clauses contractually bind international recipients to protect your data under the same high standards required in Europe.
  • Cross-Border Compliance: We monitor international transfer frameworks to ensure our sub-processors maintain adequate security certifications.

  • Limitations: While we strive to safeguard your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
  • Breach Notification: In the highly unlikely event of a data breach that compromises your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant regulatory authorities within the timeframes mandated by applicable laws (e.g., 72 hours where GDPR frameworks apply).

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Site and referral Services are strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that an individual under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete that information from our servers and terminate any associated referral status.
